"Teri is the best! Came to Mindful on a referral from a friend. I had been going down to Gateway Aesthetics for botox and Juvederm but it was incredibly expensive. So glad I gave these guys a try. Teri was seriously much better at both, botox and the filler. Somehow it is alot less painful when she does it (I tried 2 different practitioner's at the Gateway). She installed the filler perfectly (i had to go back for a touchup at Gateway and they still didnt get it right). Not only are they more skilled but almost HALF the price! Happy happy happy!"

"My bf and I came here for one of the Valentines day specials, couples hour massage. We were very floored at that treatment we received from this place, that I couldn't stop ooo-ing and ahh-ing. Ladies at the front desk were very pleasant & prompt. Even though we were just there for an hour & half, they treated us like we were going to be there all day! Wonderful robes, a relaxing areas where we were presented with many choices of beverages including hot teas and slices of oranges. Let us also indulge in warm oil infused towels for our fae. neck, whatever our preference. Then proceeded to the massage where it was in such detail to our needs & senses. The massage therapists were fantastic. We didnt want to leave. My boyfriend was able to enjoy the steam room more while I went for my eyebrow wax. We were offered to stay and endulge for how ever long we liked. I will refer to others and come back as soon as I can! Thank you Mindful!"
"I had a great experience at Mindful Women Spa! It was a beautiful and relaxing setting with friendly and talented staff. I spent a few hours and could have spent the whole day! It's worth the drive to South Ogden for this relaxing spa. Would recommend to anyone!"
