"Rich is a very knowledgeable and caring PA. He set up a procedure for me for me that we aren't even sure I can have until test results are finalized/. He said it's always easier to cancel a procedure than it is to schedule one, especially one that involves two different doctors. I feel that he takes very good care of me."
