"The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered Let me start by saying I have loved Savvi and their line of clothing. I wear it all the time. Hate to admit how much I’ve spent in the last 18 months. As a small business owner, I would consider a repeat customer a valuable one. (But truly every single customer is valuable.) I’m disappointed to leave a negative review. But I am out of options. Last November I ordered quite a bit from Savvi. Some Black Friday sales and some not. When the items came in, I knew off the top several of the sizes were incorrect. I’m willing to take responsibility as I ordered from my phone, but for only two items out of 12 to be sized correctly….something’s wrong. I wear S. The items (other than 2) were L, XL and 2X. No where in my purchase history have I ever ordered that sizing. So I pulled up my orders within the Savvi 2-week timeframe, typed up the return (which the website allowed me to do), printed my return receipt and paid for shipping for it to be exchanged. Savvi received my items and refused by email. I responded with all the information including the sizing issues, and they still declined. They simply refused to help me. Other retailers such as Lulu or JCrew or Anthro would not respond to a customer in this manner. What happened to customer service? I’ll wear what I own, I’ve given away all the items that I ordered that don’t fit, and I will not do business with Savvi any longer. Sad it came to this. I really did enjoy their clothing. But no piece of clothing is worth being treated so poorly."

"I have never been a trendy brand name person, until now! Every piece of Savvi I own has delivered more than a beautiful, current, well fitted, quality article of clothing...it delivers a kind message - we are a sisterhood of difference size women - real women. I see them all during Fashion Friday and i identify with them. They are not manequins - they are super fun to watch and cheer on! I rarely cheer mannequins on - manequens don't squat ❤️ thank you Savvi, I've been waiting for you!"

"The quality & fit of every Savvi item I have purchased, so far, has far exceeded my expectations! This sounds crazy but I instantly FEEL great when I put on any Savvi piece! There's magic & a lot of intention in the way that they create their designs! The customer service is excellent, the community is great & their loyalty programs are fantastic, too! Can't recommend enough!"

"By Far, the best customer service around with any online clothing company. There is a 30 day return policy for credit, 14 day policy for refund. Their online Chat system is quick and efficient, while being very accommodating. The quality of the clothes is insanely good and the dedication to brining a superior brand to our market that BEATS other top name brand price points is remarkable. I highly recommend Savvi and all that it entails."
