"Terrible place for your dog! They wanted to shave my dog, Alleging he had matting. I immediately turned around and went and picked him up as I knew he did not. Took him to another place, and they said there was zero matting on this dog. Another instance prior to this one I went to pick him up and they had him kenneled in a small cat cage. He could not even stand up or turn around. This was completely unacceptable and will never go back to this place."

"I have a rescue Maltese that has been returned to me twice (due to temperament issues), and each time he has been in rough condition. Mats in his fur, skin/ear infection, etc. He looks like he's been homeless his entire life when he walks through the door of Cathy's Critter Cuts. Somehow he walks out looking like a brand new pup! The groomers at CCC do an amazing job on him! Not only does he look great, but I know they take great care of him in all aspects because he isn't shaking and scared when I get him back. That's saying a lot for a pup that is terrified of everything due to his history. Thank you so much to the amazing groomers for being passionate and loving these babies while in your care!
