"Transparency!!! I love the Dog Den because of their honesty and transparency about where my dog is. I have a very anxious dog and he does better when I put him in the crate that he will be kept in while there. Other dog grooming and boarding places are so reluctant for me to see beyond the desk and having now seen multiple I can see why they didn’t want me to see that, because it isn’t how us dog owners would want our beloved pets kept. The Dog Den has been the exact opposite. They don’t hide their grooming area, or where the dogs are kept. The people there genuinely love dogs and get to know your doggo. We had our dogs board here, and I loved the webcam access so I could go check on my pups whenever I wanted and see what they were up to. transparency. You might be able to find another groomer that does just as good of a job. But the soft qualities are what make this team stand out. Their love for your dog, their transparency, their kindness, and willingness to help! And do not get me wrong, they do an amazing job!! We love Jordan deshedding our big newfy and our mini American Eskimo. They come home feeling amazing and my vacuum is appreciative. So glad I finally found a place I can trust with my best friends"

"Daisy and Achilles have been going to The Dog Den since they opened. The owner and all employees have been nothing but the best. They are always good about answering their phones to answering questions and ensuring your dogs are well cared for. There has been many times where I’m in a last minute rut and needed boarding and they have been well about accommodating me when possible. Last week I was stuck cause of a storm out of town. one boarding day turned into the whole weekend. I didn’t plan extra food and they made sure to accommodate that so the dogs had their dinner those extra days. I always recommend them to anyone looking for boarding or even daycare. I am a very picky dog mom and it’s reassuring when you find the best care when you’re out of town and never worried. The camera system they offer is far superior and appreciated to check on them daily."

"My dogs absolutely LOVE going to the Dog Den. We drive weellll out of the way to take our dogs here. That’s how much we love it. I have tried several boarding and daycare facilities in the valley, and I truly felt like Gina and her team took the best care of my dogs. They didn’t come home smelling like pee, were super tired, and all smiles. They have cameras that you can access anytime to check on your babies! This was especially helpful when they took my dogs last minute when I unexpectedly went into labor. I was able to check on them as much as I needed (which was often). I buy my dog food there because it’s such a good price And I get my dogs groomed there by Jordan who was the most informative and helpful groomer I have had yet! He helped me order the proper products to keep my dog from getting infections in her ears and on her vulv.a."

"My little fur baby absolutely loves this place and his caretakers. He is almost 14 years old and is taken care of so well and loved on. Every time we drop him off he is so excited to be there and goes into the small room without even saying bye to us. When we pick him up he is excited to see us but does not want to leave. I can't say enough about how relieved we are when our guy stays here. Such a relief. LOVE Dog Den."

"The owners just opened this location. Shane is the reason we still have a dog. We adopted a rescue 3 years ago and Shane the dog whisperer helped us understand her and correct bad behavior. I wouldn't leave our Nella anywhere else. Update - they only get BETTER over time!!!!!"
