"We’ve taken our cat Obi here for about a year. They are usually pretty busy so it helps to call ahead of time. The vet that he had both times was so nice, I wish I remembered her name! The vet tech was also so great, she was a pretty girl with dark hair. They are very efficient, great with explaining things, and are not overly pushy. They will recommend the pet insurance deal, and you can get it if you want, but you don’t have to. The vet answered all of my questions and helped fill a sedative prescription for us since we are leaving on a long trip soon. Thanks Banfield!"
