"I’ve left a review on Facebook publicly, but I will say this again. This place is not for puppies or older dogs. I forgave 2 injuries from my schnauzers being cut by clippers, for them to dismiss my elderly mail and a puppy (who was there for his first groom afterward) the owner has zero customer service skills and thinks she’s entitled to your money. Me and my 4 schnauzers have gone else where and haven’t been happier. This is hands down the worst place to take your dogs. I would resort to pets mart over this place"

"I wish I could give negative stars. They shaved my goldendoodle completely bare. We just moved here and read great reviews on this place... I recently took him back to his old groomer in TX for boarding while going on vacation. They were devasted as much as me. They said that this was carelessness and not even trying. They used like a #15 on his fur and it left him bleeding and covered in hot spots. His nails were even clipped so jagged. Just an awful experience. Spent 150$ too on the service. They may be good with short hair dogs, but not a doodle. Posting him before and after for reference."

"I am out of town and I needed to get my fur baby a bath. Lucky dog grooming did a excellent job, she smelled looked so pretty and she was so happy. I let them know when I arrived that she was shy and they greeted her at her level and was gentle. Thank you so much and I will recommend you all plus use you all in the next few months I come back. Happy holidays!!!!!!"
