"We have a Morkie and groomers have a hard time getting her cut right. No problem here! She did exactly what we described and fast! We took her in at 10 and she was done by 1230!! Awesome customer service & attention to detail! Highly recommend!"
"This was my first time going and it was a bad experience. I had done a walk-in nail trim for my dog, as soon as I walked in the owner was rude, and she did not smile or act happy to be of service. When she brought my dog back she had made comments about how long his nails were, and was very judgmental. I had been in the process of moving, hence why his nails were not great. His nails were cut fine, but his dew claws are still very long. She did not cut his dew claws. Overall bad experience. Will not be going back"
"The first time I took my dog there she was done in a couple of hours and looked great. The woman did comment that my dog barked and got her dogs barking. The second time when I dropped her off some lady dragged her by a choke lead to the back. I went and picked her up as she only weighs 17lbs. Took all day to get her back and she was still damp when I picked her up plus I had to hear how fat she was. She isn’t! Will not go there again"
"The big shops like Petsmart have sweet girls on staff who will tell you everything you wan to hear. Then you pick up a butchered, traumatized dog, who thinks they were being punished. NEVER AGAIN! I found A Touch Of Class! A friend recommended A Touch of Class and my baby was never more happy. The owner may not have acted like a sales kid at one of the giant commercial shops, but the kiss my puppy gave her as we left, assured me that we should return again. ...and he looked like a million bucks. To the reviewer who didn't like the customer service, I say.... IT'S NOT ABOUT YOU, but your dog. She treats your pet like gold. If she spent her time trying to hold your hand, she would be better as a human hair stylist. Trust her to do her job and stop whining about a tone of voice."
