"They do an extremely great job on my pom. What I don’t like is, if they come and we forgot the appt and we are in our house, they call the next client to say they will be there early, instead of calling us— inside the house- to ask if we forgot. Remember who your customer is and you lost this one. This happened twice!! Once we were still sleeping and the next time my husband had to take my daughter to school because her car broke down. They were still in the driveway when he got back and just said “we already called our next appt.” Appointment was at 9a and he got back at 9:10. So I get it- 10mins late but call your current customer first!"

"Groomer’s to Go focuses their service on smaller dogs. Theresa is professional and very personable. We love that they come to us so our fur babies aren’t as stressed as they used to be in a kennel situation or exposed to more aggressive dogs waiting their turn. Even better than that she takes the time to know your dog, custom shampoo if necessary and always listens to concerns or details you want. I’m so glad we found her. My dogs love her too."
