"I always like to see what they have in stock. It’s always different every time I go. The store is always clean, sometimes there are long lines and they only have one to two cashiers at a time in the front which is frustrating when there’s 20 people in line."

It appears you were there to help w staffing issues but regardless of the circumstances your treatment of the cashier, arrogance, and the embarrassment you made of yourself in front of the customers was inexcusable. Hope you’ll do better."
"I’ve been to a lot of Rosses and this one was great. Sometimes they’re wrecked but this was pretty good and clean. The staff was nice and friendly. Some of the products we like to buy from here were in stock. I can’t tell you what they are or else you’ll buy them."
