"Super disappointed in the Layton store manager. She had a really bad attitude, and wouldn’t honor the $10 off coupon on jeans that is currently on the website ad! Told us she has never seen jeans for $10 off in their store and told us “that’s not a true ad and not our deals i won’t honor it”. I even went to the Instagram page to show her and with a super snotty attitude said never seen that before not doing that! You need better customer service!!"
"No help finding what I needed. The kids working there have no idea what customer is what brings return customer's back. Lazy is to gently said I'm 60 years years old never to return. Poor customer service. Wife can't figure out why I. Keep going back .Buying some were else. Wife has been treated like this Also."
"Love this store. Friendly service, huge selection of boots, western wear and work clothes. Very easy to work with if you have a return. I had a pair of boots that the inside lining came out and they returned them without any question without the receipt and gave me an option for new boots to fix them or money back. Manager went above and beyond."
