"I had no issues shopping here and have shopped here for years and always found what I wanted and was treated well. Each time I’ve come in they have been helpful and the employees were nice. If you like shopping at pack sun then I’d suggest giving this location a try, they have a wide selection to choose from."
"This store is absolutely the worst store in the Layton mall. We were in there today and the service if that's what you call it was horrible. Not one person greeted us or even acknowledge us. I guess if we wanted help we should call their cell phones because all they did was sit on their phones. I would love for the manager to send in some silent shoppers to rate their customer service. Needless to say we spent no money their and Zumiez and Hollister got our business they know how to treat customers. Do better Pacsun!"
"Horrible customer service. Two associates were folding clothes and talking about their boyfriends and never even acknowledged us. Had to “interrupt” their conversation to ask for a fitting room. Came out to ask a question and another associate had joined the conversation, so I couldn’t find anyone to ask. I didn’t want to interrupt them again. Apparently their personal conversations are much more important than doing their job and being available for customers. No wonder retail is dying. If you take the time to visit a store, you expect some kind of service, not to be completely ignored. Will spend our money elsewhere."
"If I could give a -1 I would. The absolute worst shopping experience ever! My daughter and I stopped in yesterday to shop and not once did the employee which was only one at the time acknowledge that we were there or needed a dressing room. My daughter had to go under the door to try something on. But the worst part of all was that there was a man in there that made our visit extremely uncomfortable and your employee never said a word to him or ask him to leave. So we did! I will never go back and will be trying to get a hold of corporate also. I hope they have video!"
