"The worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere! Be careful and watch your receipts! I just almost got charged $26 for something that should've been $12. I'm glad I caught their mistake before I left. No apology or anything! Watch your backs everyone!"
"I alway take my mom go their shopping on Tuesdays, since they have senior discount and I can save some money for buying stuff for my mom. We never had a problem, but today I took my mom there, and brought some stuff she likes, when we pay, the manager said have to be my mom’s bank card to pay it, otherwise no discount. If Ross can’t afford the 10% discount, don’t offer it at all. Why I can’t pay for my mom’s stuff, and my mom is there with me at Ross, they refuse to gave her the discount. We never had this experience with this Ross before. Don’t know this time the manager is Asian hates or what, she is really rude talking with us, give us a bad looks too, and said she’s being working there as manager for a long time, always like this. Whatever, I wont go there again, Kohl’s have a better deal, quality clothes and better customer service, at least I haven’t see anyone there racist."
"Ross used to always be a excellent shopping experience, but over time it has gone downhill. Now Ross is either fantastic where you find everything you wanted or totally a waste of time where they have nothing you were looking for. On that note the store is a gamble of will it be clean & organized or clutter and upheaval throughout the store. It is sad to see Ross go downhill like this, they used to be at the top of their game. Now don't get me wrong Ross has fantastic deals and prices every day, but the catch is will they have what you need in stock. The employees at this store were smiling, happy & willing to help. But if corporate is not sending them merchandise it is all for not. I look at going to Ross now like a treasure hunt, you might get lucky and find amazing items or find absolutely nothing. I hope there is more continuity in what they carry instead of hit or miss. I do not know if we have seen the Best of Ross pass us by, but I truly hope it does get better for all of us."
