"This location was so cute! I loved the heart shaped tables. The food was amazing and Royal was super nice and helpful! He was the only one working so I felt bad, but he still got our food out quickly and handed it straight to our table :) It made a great valentines treat."
"Just ordered take out, and the girl was on her cell phone and waited two minutes to even acknowledge my husband and take his order. We then waited about 12 min and the same girl didn’t call my husbands name but instead just handed my husband his food while still on her phone. We got the food and his chicken from his chicken and waffles is way overcooked and barely edible with how crunchy it is. I usually love waffle love but this location must be struggling. Update: Waffle love reached out to us and made things right. They were very responsive and prompt!"
"First time at this location. It smelled like hot old grease, very pungent. They were out of Bischoff spread! It’s like sacrilege when their signature items are made with it! They were also out of coffee, but didn’t tell me til I’d already ordered it. They did give us three free hot chocolates to make up for it. But it was a bit disappointing. The worker was kind and attentive. This isn’t the only waffle love I’ve been to that was out of basic essentials for their menu. One in American Fork was out of whipped cream! Overall my favorite experience with waffle love was out of their food trucks. Their standing locations are often disappointing."
"The staff is friendly and kind. As always, the food is absolutely delicious. It was prepared fresh and was still hot by the time I got home in Orem. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. It is a small venue with very little seating since it shares its space with the 7-Eleven. I would recommend take out or delivery only from this Waffle Love."
"First, this waffle love is located in a gas station. Took me a minute to find it! It's set up so cute with heart shaped tables. The staff is new and still learning all the details, but they were so happy and detailed that it was not a problem at all. Tried both a savory and a sweet. At first I wasn’t sure it would be enough for 2 people. But these are large! Southwest Tartine and the Dulce were both delicious. And we couldn’t even finish it all. Definitely a place worth coming to!"
