Los Hermanos

"Los Hermanos has been around a long time and for good reason. They serve good Mexican food. The fajitas are popular, but my favorite for 30 years is the steak and enchilada. This location in Lindon is quaint, but unfortunately in disarray when the toilet doesn't flush."

"We don't go to Los Hermanos a lot, but we enjoy each visit. The food is good and filling. Chips and salsa are free with each meal. We like just about anything on the menu, but the fajitas, chimichangas, and enchiladas are favorites. It is also home to one of our favorite drinks/smoothies, the Brisa de Mora Negra. Honestly, going here is more nostalgic than anything. They've been around for decades and we've gone since before we were married with kids. People's opinions vary, but it's always been good enough for us."

"My wife and I have gone to Los Hermanos countless times over the last decade because we love the food, specialty drinks, and the fried ice cream. Unfortunately though, the last two times we have eaten here, the service has been quite poor. Last time we ate here about a month ago, the server was having a bad day and was not shy in telling us all about it, when we were not looking to get involved in all of that. The service was also very slow and we had a hard time getting our server’s attention. Today was not very different. Our server was much nicer and kinder, but was scarcely at our table even when it had been nearly an hour since we had ordered and still hadn’t seen our food. I eventually had to flag her over and ask her for an ETA on our food since we had seen people who arrived after us already paying for their checks. When she went to check she learned that the order hadn’t even been placed. So we had to wait yet another 10-15 minutes for our food to arrive. When it did finally come, it was covered in tomatoes (which we had asked to be excluded) and after our server left our table we realized that the rice and beans were missing from my wife’s meal. I had to flag down our server yet again to ask her to bring the rice and beans. We ended up spending just shy of two hours at the restaurant when it wasn’t super busy and shouldn’t have taken nearly that long. In full transparency, our server did comp us our fried ice cream (which we had ordered to-go at the time our food arrived) for our troubles. We really want to keep going back to Los Hermanos because it really has been one of our favorite restaurants, but we just hope the next time we will experience better service than the previous two times."
