"Shauna is by far the best server here. We were not regulars here, only coming on occasion because the service was not always reliable. However, since we have met Ms Shauna as our server, we now come about once a week and we only sit with her. We never have to ask for refills, she always clears our table practically immediately and we don't have to ask for that either. She has a great attitude and always has a smile."
"There was no meat at the cutting station while I was at this location. Salad bar was well stocked. Dessert bar was pretty empty and dirty but a large group of kids were leaving when I arrived so that’s probably why. Service was great. ❤️✌️"
"I am visiting alone from Texas to Lawton . Have some free time and plan to chill in the . Elmer Thomas park . Then I thought why not bought some take out food while killing my time in the park. I went in to that buffet. They said they sold food by weight .Perfect. I quickly put food I want in the take away box am came back to the counter. They are allowing both entry and exit to the exit side . They are allowing 3-4 customers they finished and dined in . . I am just standing for over 15 minutes. I told 2 or 3 times to remind I am waiting..They ignored me and finally I raised my voice to hear many people to complain and they finally let me pay and take away. One of their waitress or supervisor showed up in the front . The cashier on the right side for exiting route /left side entrance route. Told others as I didn’t even notice he is there in disrespectful manner. I felt offended even thinking to throw away that food in the bin and leave but I just calm down didn’t say anything and leave .of course I am not going to eat that food . Regardless of whoever is customer who is coming to your business . That happens 6th December 2023 between 3 45 to 4pm . I hope your business will improve in service. I can’t comment for the taste because I am not going to eat it ."
