"I ordered a shamrock mcflurry from the drive through, and when they gave it to me the lid was falling off and there was sticky ice cream all over the lid and cup. Neither the shamrock flavoring nor the oreos were mixed through the mcflurry and the flavoring was very concentrated at the top, so it was really green and minty at the top but pure white and vanilla at the bottom. I work in the food industry myself, so i can understand, but they weren’t even busy. Pure laziness, I can’t believe that I paid 5 dollars for that."

"The location at 7200 highland drive is run horribly. They have no business calling it fast food. They park you for everything even if there is no one in the drive thru. Unless you order just a drink you are getting parked for 5-10 minutes. This location is only a block from my house and I avoid it at all costs because of this."

"Just went through the drive thru and the service was trash. When my very small order (one thing) was read back to me it was incorrect. I politely corrected her and the employee was very rude about it. Truly there is no need for that kind of attitude in a professional setting"

"On weekends my youngest son has to be to work by 8:00 am . This McDonald's is across the street from his job . We go get our breakfast (Big breakfast with hot cakes ) and we sit in the car and share the breakfast in the car. It's nice to get to just sit and talk with my teenager . We always have great service and our food has always been great . WAY TO GO MCDONALD'S"

"I started my work day on 4th of July, like a lot of people, and was extra friendly at the drive thru. A lot of workers resent working on Independence Day, so why not make it better? Welp, upon ordering, I noticed I was over charged from a sandwich I selected from the buy 1 get 1 for $1 menu. The last time I was here I was overcharged for breakfast as well, but was in a rush and had to just deal with it. Time passed and I forgot honestly. But seeing another bundle over charged again I made sure to clarify I was ordering the bundle offer, not 2 a la carte items, and the person on headset kept taking over me, I had to ask him to stop so I could hear him. When I asked him to repeat himself so I could understand what I missed, he was quiet, then repeated the incorrect total again, over and over. I had to point out I was over charged by $2 again for the bundle, and he started talking over me again. He just kept saying the price repeatedly, rather rapidly. It was an odd exchange, but at the last second after the menu changed I saw the price was adjusted. Then as I got my items I was presented a ripped bag, I looked at the window clerk like what is this, and he shrugged and closed his window, smiling. I dunno, I understand not wanting to work Holidays. I have to work it too, so why be so miserable about it and spread that to other people? If you order a combo or bundle, stand firm on the price that is stated on the menu. I was so frazzled I forgot to ask for creamer and sugar for my coffee, and went to the gas station for a fresh cup. It is what it is"
