"When ordering employee had attitude about putting very little cheese inside the burrito. I asked her to unfold it at put more cheese. The meat serving of chicken was skimpy, and had to ask for way more lettuce that was fluffed up inside the container. I will NEVER eat at Costa Vida ever again. This is not the first time I have experienced this. Go to Chipotle Mexican grill instead. They know how to do it right for the same price."
"They’ve been immensely better about being ready to go and serve people at 10:30. I see more and more people in there coming to get food 10:30am and it’s great they are working to resolve that issue. Food is still fantastic and the customer service has been excellent as well."

"Ok, please forgive the half-eaten food pic, but I was starving and the nachos looked TOO GOOD. As for the review, I just wanted to point out how responsive and kind the employees were (evening shift, July 22, 2021)! I wish I had their names, but it was a busy night and they helped each customer in a personal way. One of the customers in front of me had a bad experience last time, so the employees ensured her food was to her liking before checking out. Likewise, one of the employees helped customize my order so I had some spicy salsa with my nachos (again, SO GOOD). This is a great location if customer service is important to you!"
