"This has been our preferred location, out of the 3 in our area, and have been going here consistently since they opened. The manager is super friendly. The last time we got food from this location it was like we were in a completely different store. We always order extra tortillas, but we're told there was a limit of 1. We get salads and always ask for extra lettuce because it's a salad, not a side, and they are always skimpy and off-put when we ask. I don't understand the issues. Charge us extra if you have to, but why the limit on either of those? Iceberg lettuce is cheap, and it's a SALAD. We know the tortillas cost extra, so why can't we order what we want? We did their online review and only get what sounds like an automated response, no real concern to make things better. Maybe Google reviews will carry more weight."
"Don’t eat at this location unless you enjoy finding paper hidden underneath the sauce of your food! Their response to my feedback was, “Sorry you were unhappy with your experience. Hope you will visit us again in the future!”"
