"I went through the drive through and ordered a single bacon cheeseburger with no cheese and a double bacon cheeseburger. Get home and neither burger had bacon. I called the store and informed them of the problem and was told to bring the burgers back and they would fix the problem. I have worked in the restaurant industry for going on 20 years and have never been asked to bring the incorrect items back. I personally know that they are not allowed to accept the food back once it has left the restaurant. We also ordered root beers and both of them were 3/4 of the way full. Not a good experience here. We were also not provided a receipt."
"Ordered drive-thru, was fairly quick until we checked our order. Two orders were made wrong. Had to go back inside to get it corrected, and could here the staff making comments about making a hamburger vs. cheeseburger. One order was so messy we couldn't attempt to eat in the car. Would not recommend this location."
"This place was dirty, and not good. Would never reccomend anyone to eat here! My husband and I only ate half our food before we decided we couldn't finish. My husband had to use the restroom before we left on the road again, he said he would have rather drove down the road. Managment needs to crack down on what is happening at this establishment."
