"TLDR; Litzas literally told a group of handicap children, dressed up for a formal high school dance, who had their names on at 6:30pm, that they didn't have enough food for them and they had to leave. I just had probably the worst experience possible at a restaurant. My daughter and some friends decided to take some handicap and down syndrome boys to a high school dance. The kids thought to take them here. The kids called the day before to let them know that they were coming. They let us know that they didn't take reservations but we could come in and put our names on in advance. They let us know that it would likely be a 30 minute wait. I arrived an hour early, at 6:30pm with the rest of my family, they said it would be 30-45min. We put their names on and we sat down to eat ourselves. An hour went by, the kids had been waiting up the road and ended up having to come inside. I asked about how much longer and our extremely rude waiter snapped and said at least another 30 minutes. The kids were now in the restaurant. There were a number of tables that would have fit the kids but they were separate smaller tables and even though the kids were willing to separate, those tables were saved for smaller groups. I said let's put them in as different parties and I'll pay any extra at all to make this work for these kids. I said how we were just trying to make a night special for these kids. She told me that I should stop trying to finagle, and I need to work with her more. They then proceeded to sit a table of 12 who had not been there as long. This is when it became surreal, if it hadn't been already. After several minutes they let us know that they only had enough dough for those that had already been sat. Without exaggeration they told our group of handicap children, all dressed up for an amazing night, that they had to leave. They literally watched these kids leave, clearly panicking about what had just happened, and what they were going to do now. Fortunately there was a place close by that was much more accommodating and let us in at the last minute. Shame on you Litzas!"

"Amazing old school pizzeria. This place is close to my heart because Litza’s serves homemade French dressing. It is the best and reminds me of my childhood days when French dressing was a big hit. It is hard to find now! The thin crust pizzas are amazing and always a hit with my family and takes me back to a time when sit down style pizzerias existed. Pure nostalgia for me and makes me miss my fav pizzas from Ohio. Enjoy a nice fun family-style atmosphere here!"

"Cute place! Parking is interesting with 3 food places really close together. Loved the decor and vibe of this place! My family enjoyed the pizza and it all looked really good! I chose the Gluten Free option/Celiac, I wasn’t impressed and ate the toppings. I still gave them 5 ⭐️ because everyone else loved it. Gluten free is hard! They have a variety of pizzas with and without marinara sauce. My sister and husband got a white sauce that they liked. Fun place to eat and visit will family & friends."

"This was one of the best pizzas I've had in years. The dough, sauce, are both hand made in store daily. The restraunt was clean, the kitchen even when busy was clean and the employees were very friendly and professional. This is a must try for anyone who enjoys a real pizza that's above the rest. Went back and tried the calzone, just as good as the pizza. Next time I will try the spaghetti."

"Love Litzas! Super cute and clean. Lots of tables. Service was great and quick. They have lots of different pizza sizes and options. We ordered 4 small pizzas for 5 people and shared and that was more than enough, we had left overs. Parking was a little tricky, but there was a lot going on in Salt Lake that night, so it was just busy."
