"Lovely place to eat. The inside is awesome and they converted it well. There are two floors for dining and outdoor eating if the weather is nice. No complaints with service. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Food tasted exactly as I hoped. Tried the beef enchilada with rice and beans. Salsa was good flavor wise. Didn’t love how it was chunky as it was hard to eat and the chips kept breaking (I do recognize that is personal preference)."
"This is the first time we've been to the Rio Grande Cafe at its new location. We had a wonderful time. We went for lunch. We had our sons with us, so we ordered thw chips and salsa appetizer, a kids chicken Rio Grande taco, a kids beef Rio Grande taco, and steak fajitas for my husband and I to share. We had lots of food. It was delicious. We loved the ambiance and the staffing was excellent. We will definitely be back."

"We stopped here after flying in to Salt Lake City while on our way to Moab. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We ordered the Two Taco Plate w/ black beans (vegan style), a Chicken Enchilada Dinner, Beef Chimichanga w/beans & rice and a side of queso. We all found our meals to be tasty and the environment was great. Can recommend!"
