"I loved this place. Loved their lemonade, my 1 year old knocked hers over only minutes after I bought it. I went to the counter to see if they could refill as she had only taken a few sips. Nope! Told me sorry I have to charge for a new one, this a pricey small lemonade, you could clearly see the maintenance cleaning up the spill at the table. mistakes happen."

"I feel bad for this location. Maybe I'm just unlucky, but everytime I come here, their out of something, whether its fries, funnel cake, or veggie dogs (which I understand is not their fault), and everytime I come I get a corndog with raw batter in the center. Kind workers and good service, just a little annoying."
"I have been coming to this location for years. I've never had a problem before this. I ordered my food off of the app online. I go sit until I'm called. 10 to 15 minutes and nothing. I go ask them about my order and they say, "we don't have an order for you"! I show the order receipt from the app and go wait. When I saw her making my hot dogs I noticed they were burnt. She covers them with the food containers and briskly puts them in the bag. I did realize how burnt they were and left to my car. I start to feed my family and they are too hard to eat. I take them back to the counter and say, these are burnt and I will not eat them. ( another words, I want her to replace items or refund. ) She gives me the excuse that it's the oil and does nothing. My husband goes in to talk to them and they tell him the same without offering any replacement or refund. We leave and call another Hot dog on a stick and asked they for phone numbers and names only to have nothing done. They made the excuse that "were all short staffed and that store's manger quit"! (That's no excuse"! I research the company online only to find the company's C.E.O. died in 1997 of cancer and left the stores to be run by employees. It's about a week and a half later and nothing has been resolved!"
"They burnt my corn dogs. And I hate to be that guy so I didn't want to bring it back. But I did and I showed him that it was burnt and they were totally understanding they gave me a coupon and remade my corn dogs. So is really nice of them! Would totally recommend"
