"We went inside and their menu has no prices on it for any of the food or drinks at all. Even though it's an LCD menu which they could easily change, for some reason they don't want you to know how much anything costs. I guess if you have to know the price you can't afford it? Seems like a cheap trick and I found it totally annoying. EDIT: To the owner... Thanks for the response, but the truth is that talk is cheap. Customer service is an action you do, not something you simply say online trying to save face without actually making a meaningful difference."

"I tend to stop through their drive thru on days where I'm having a rough morning. I am always treated so kindly, my order is always perfect, and they're always so quick. Absolutely the best experience when I go here. Highly recommend and will continue returning because of the amazing service!!!!"

"This store is very busy due to its location! We stopped there this morning, & they had ONE EMPLOYEE doing everything herself. Simon was a rockstar! This review is for her, not Beans & Brew as an establishment (although I do like them). Simon was holding everything down, WITH A SMILE & GREAT ATTITUDE, despite being more than ‘under staffed.’ Doing a hell of a lot more than she gets paid to do, no doubt! On top of that, it was the best breakfast we have ever gotten at any location! It was perfectly cooked. & we go a lot! Someone better give Simon the credit & raise/promotion she so deserves- because employees like Simon are the ONLY reason establishments like this stay afloat."

"I have been to this location a couple of times and it's usually fine but today they got my order completely wrong. I asked for a tan iced mocha with oat milk and they gave me a mocha with dairy milk. When it was handed to me at the window I asked the cashier if my drink was correct and she said yes. I knew immediately that it wasn't because it was too dark to be a tan mocha. But I had to leave to head to work. Sure enough, when I got to work and took a sip of the drink, it was not what I ordered. I called the restaurant and told them of their mistake. They said that I could come back and have them re-make it for me. I told them I can't do that because I'm heading to work and will be late if I go back to the restaurant. She said well you can come back after you get off work. What?! How does that make any sense? She wants me to just let this drink sit for 8 hours so I can go back to the restaurant at 6pm to get coffee? Huh?! I'm done dealing with this restaurant giving me incorrect orders and constantly increasing their prices for mediocre coffee. Needless to say, I won't be going back to beans and brews."

"Good coffee, cool and friendly crews. We came in from a restaurant next door, half hour before closing. We hang out and enjoyed our coffee in the seating area. The crew were very nice and reminded us that they were closing in few minutes. She was very polite and friendly. Our coffee were served very hot which I really like and the place is well maintained. They also have pastries. They close at 8pm but I wish they close late especially on a Friday night or weekends."
