Del Taco

"The food is okay. When I was dining here recently and I went to use the restroom there was a crazy homeless lady in one of the bathroom stalls with a ton of clothes and junk everywhere and there was a wet mini towel in the sink. The minute I stepped into the restroom she lost control and yelled and screamed. I left the restroom immediately and told all of the staff, the male staff member almost slipped and said, "it's okay I know her!" So I continued to explain the crazy woman's behavior and the employee asked me to go back in the restroom in case the woman was naked!!! What!!?!!?! So the male employee just cracked open the door and tried talking to the crazy woman and she flipped out again, everyone could hear her screaming. Then the employee went and got other employees to help, and I hurried and ran out of Del Taco before that crazy lady left. So I don't know if they ended up calling the cops on the crazy homeless lady or not. The homeless woman was in the restroom for at least 30 minutes because she was already in there when I first arrived. The huge problem is, why are the restrooms locked when employees are letting people like this ruin restrooms for paying customers?!? Who let this crazy homeless woman into the restroom?!? I'm speechless and confused. Good thing there were no kids that needed the restroom. This entire situation didn't seem safe at all. And I really did wonder if this crazy person could get violent. Del Taco needs to not allow this to happen. Del Taco please don't let dangerous crazy people into the restrooms."

"This location, for some reason has issues with orders made through the app. They always get it wrong and now I have to check my bag B4 I leave. (I know I should anyways, but I've never had that issue prior to this?) I've reached out and emailed through the app to customer service and haven't heard anything back. The app sucks and they are rude when ordering drive through and at the window. Smh. Cheesecake bites is the reason I go there. They're really good for the most part. Shakes are delicious and crispy taco I recommend."

"It's a Del Taco. But they have one of the best employees working the late/overnight window. She remembers orders. Is very nice even in stressful situations like dealing with large mobile orders and tired customers who worked all night. She deserves a raise."

"This particular Del Taco has smaller serving sizes than most. It’s still good and cheap food, but burritos are consistently like twice as big at the other Salt Lake Del Taco. Edit: i just returned and they gave me two almost taquito-sized burritos. Gotta go get another dinner now. I recommend other places."

"Our order was so messed up and when I questioned the price, the person read back my order saying “queso nachos” when I ordered the 3 layer queso nachos. Turned out they punched in and gave me the mucho queso nachos which is way bigger and most definitely not in the under $2 menu like most everything else I ordered. After I paid and got my food she just kinda shrugged saying it’s bigger and better, but it was too much and not what I wanted. My chicken taco del carbon was also made incorrectly with shredded lettuce, cheese, and sour cream instead of cilantro and sour cream without the green sauce, and onions. Likely will not be back at this location again since my two favorite items are the chicken taco del carbon and 3 layer nachos."
