"Tanner made our night AMAZING. We never even had to ask for refills, he was so on top of everything. We will absolutely be back the food was great, atmosphere fun but his service put it over the top!!!"
"Visiting from Boise. Our server Sean was excellent!!! He is one of those that truly gets what stellar customer service is! His positivity radiates! He made great suggestions and offered to re-make my dish a tad less spicy. Just so above and beyond…which seems rare these days. Very down to earth and genuine! He made our meal a delightful experience. We scarfed our meals, obviously including our dessert…so not the greatest pics…but we’d come back to this location in a heartbeat, and of course would hope to get him again. One of the best experiences eating out in awhile."
"P.F. Chang's, the Cheesecake Factory of Asian fusion cuisine. For the must-orders, get Chang's Lettuce Wraps. The Dynamite Shrimp is also a good appetizer if you enjoy a little heat. That's about as good as it gets. My opinion of the main entrees is that they're overly processed, undercooked dishes that don't match the price tag. I've had the sweet and sour chicken, crispy honey chicken, and crispy honey shrimp. Of the three, the sweet and sour chicken is the better. I didn't care for the pork fried rice, and would just go with white rice as your side. Ricky was our server and took good care of us. The best part of P.F. Chang's is the atmosphere. Whether you're a kid or an adult, there's nothing like walking past two imperial horse statues to enter a place. The value may be that this restaurant is a safe option when you've got a large group or need a place for a business lunch, but it's not in the quality or taste of the food."
"10/5/2023 A few days late posting. I had dinner with my sister. The food was great. Pork fried rice, pork dumplings, shrimp fried rice and more. The best part was having the best waitress you could have there. Her name is Tamsin and she did an awesome job. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and recommending items. She checked on use frequently to see how we were doing. She was great having a conversation with her. Always had our drinks refilled before we asked. I see a lot of reviews about a waiter there named Sean. I hope to see a lot for Tamsin because she definitely went above and beyond. I'll definitely be back to this location. And even ask for her again. Great food and Staff."
