"Was a bit disappointed in our visit tonight. The wait wasn't long with the rewards reservation system though we did have to wait in line to check in. It's probably not worth the wait if they can't sit you immediately or without reservations. The food was fine although the avocados I received in my Korean Fried Chicken were brown (but replaced with more fresh green ones). Also my wife's lettucewraps (at lease 1 of the 3) was missing lettuce (very little lettuce on that wrap). The Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake was good. The service was fine though it did take a bit for water to be refilled and never got more butter for our bread. The server did a good job at taking care of the avocado issue and in general though for a busy Friday night. What wasn't great was the sticky table and the nasty floor ((some rubberbands? in the middle of the floor that were never picked up) and an unclean bathroom. See pictures). I did also notice a tiny fly at one point flying near my food. Gross. Not what I expected for a place that has no reservations at 6 p.m. through 9 p.m. available (we went at 5 p.m.) and has 30 minutes waits at 5 p.m. As I said at the beginning a bit disappointed in the cheesecake factory."

"We had been to this place a few months earlier also. We visited them again on 3rd February this year. A nice thing about them is advance booking online. It certainly reduces your waiting time. I am in love with their interior decoration, it gives a soothing effect. The food was okay to me. I sincerely wished if they add few of famous Indian dishes also in their menu. I must say on both occasions their service staff was so very polite and helpful and also helped us selecting our food options as well. We also loved their cakes."

"Celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary at the Cheesecake Factory in City Creek Center, started on a frustrating note despite the great excitement we had to be there for a celebration lunch with a reservation scheduled well in advanced. We checked in at 12:50 pm for a 1 pm reservation and were told we would get right in. At 1:15 pm, an inquiry was made as to where we were on the waiting list and the Associate says, "sorry, you are next". Several more parties were then taken to be seated this caused us to be confused as the Associate said we were next. After another party of two was called, being curious of their reservation, I asked the time of their reservation, the reply was "we just walked in and put our name on the waiting list...we didn't have a reservation." This added to our frustration and caused more confusion as to why walk-ins would be seated before a scheduled reservation that had been waiting a while. Going back to inquire, why walk-ins had priority seating over reservations, the Associate couldn't provide an answer to that question, but within a blink of an eye, the table notification via text finally came and were seated shortly after 1:30 pm. The frustration continued when two other tables across from us (a party of three and a party of two) received their orders well before us, despite being seated after us and ordering after us. One of the tables was done eating their entire meal before we got our food. Amidst the unexpected setbacks with the check-in and slowness of our order, the outstanding service of Derek stood out. Despite the hiccups, Derek's attentiveness and efforts to make our celebration special were commendable. His service added a positive note to the overall experience. Forgot about the food review...My wife’s selection of Crusted Chicken Romano and my choice of Shrimp Scampi with Steak Diane were both great choices. The Crusted Chicken Romano, with its crispy texture and savory flavors, was a standout choice. The Shrimp Scampi, with its succulent shrimp and the flavorful touch of Steak Diane, offered a delightful combination. To make up for lost time, we grabbed three cheesecakes to go, which we devoured after other anniversary activities. The cheesecakes were delicious, concluding our anniversary celebration on a sweet note."

"Dinner was amazing! Great spot for date night! The service was really and good thing we had reservations because the line was out the door! The food came out quick and was really delicious! We also got the limited edition peppermint cheesecake and it was outstanding!"

"The Cheesecake Factory has a bigger menu than probably any other restaurant. If you have a group that can’t decide on American, Chinese or even pasta this place has it all. Of course, the best reason to go here is because of the cheesecake. If you’re not a fan of cheesecake I highly recommend you try one of the chocolate cheesecakes such as the Ghirardelli chocolate cheesecake and you will be a big fan of cheesecake from now on."
