"We've experienced a steady decline in both value and service at this location. At this point, we won't be back anytime soon. We ordered 3 giant # 56 and watched them prepared. The employee running the grill. Scooped onto a small amount of each topping put it on the first meat allocation and then transfered smaller and smaller portions down the line. We got three successively slimmer sandwiches. He was also pretty sloppy with his spatulas causing a loss of meat and toppings into the grill's oil waste gutter. The cashier had a very poor attitude and was disrespectful to a 3rd party delivery driver who was trying to confirm his order for pickup... disappointing dining experience for us. 12 January lunch shift."

"The team at Jerseys Mike's was very helpful. The food was prepped right in front of us so it was more fresh. I really liked their friendly attitudes. The atmosphere was good. I recommend the steak sandwiches. Just be aware that if you get it to go that your sandwich may be messy!"

I could tell he wanted to help me and he cared. I would definitely recommend these guys. So many places are cold these days when it comes to service, but not Jersey Mikes! #17 Philly Cheese all the way!"
