"Came for lunch with my hubby. I got the original pollo bowl with corn tortillas and he got the chicken burrito with chips. Both were fresh and flavorful. Emily was super friendly and the place was clean."
"We come from California for a Business trip, I am very familiar with Pollo Loco brand. I was surprised with this location. We visited this location Monday 23, 2023 it was around lunch time. when we arrived the staff greeted with a friendly smile, they suggested their New grillers, fresh chips and Guacamole. My order was perfectly fresh and delicious we ordered the grilled chicken combo, chips and guacamole. We were astonished to see a clean lobby and the Restrooms where nicely stocked and clean. Lety was very friendly she came to our table to make sure our order was perfect and offered us condiments. We will be stopping to this Pollo Loco occasionally for our future business trips just for the exceptional service we received yesterday. In my personal opinion this Pollo Loco has overcome my expectations. Thank you for the delicious food and customer service."
"talk about price gouging and skrinkflation. this was my first and last time ordering take out at pollo loco. first i tried ordering online twice. my credit card approved the charge but pollo loco system returned the money?. so i had to drive there wait 10 minutes to order to come out. 8 small pieces of chicken for $32 dollars!? i tried to tell them to please give me bigger pieces or return my money i just got blank stare. in the end i told the manager instead wasting another ten minutes of you filling a form to return my money you could have just given me 2-3 extra pieces i would have left happily. needless to say he finally understood and gave me extra pieces. but i wont be going back for small 8 pieces of chicken for $32 dollars"
"Wowiee am I loco for this pollo! The staff is so friendly. Luis’ tips while ordering were as cool as his custom branded jacket. The only thing better than Dolores’ shrimp salad knowledge was her friendly smile. I know this isn’t Olive Garden, but when I was there, I sure felt like family. I forgot to get a photo of the food, but this is how I feel after eating there. What an experience!"
