Jack in the Box

"I was excited to give this a try, but hesitated for weeks fearing long waits in the drive through line. I was pleasantly surprised today with only a few cars waiting at the usual lunch rush (12:50 PM). I opted for the jumbo jack combo. The cheeseburger had fresh tasting ingredients, the fries were nice and salty, not very warm but tasted good. Although this wasn't the best burger on Earth(not singling out Jack in the Box here- this holds for most fast food joints), the balance between taste, quality and price can't really be beaten. Absolutely will be coming back here for future meals."

"I've never been to a Jack In The Box, so I was really excited to try it. My co-workers were raving about how good it was. I placed my order online and my co-worker picked it up. We only work about 10 minutes from the location, so it was disappointing it was stone cold. I ordered a variety of things to try and I was not impressed. First, my order was cold. Second, I was missing a sandwich from my order. Third, the taco only had a scoop of meat on one side and was missing my extra lettuce I asked for. Fourth, my burger was missing my extra pickles and tasted almost exactly like a cold Whopper Jr. Fifth, my $3.00 french fries only had a small handful in it. The container could have fit a decent amount, but I'm lucky if I even got 20 soggy fries. Last, but not least, I tried to call about my missing food and the phone number for the location doesn't even work. I love doing reviews, but the was nothing positive to say about this experience. It wasn't worth it."

"I have ordered from Jack-in-the-Box twice, last night they couldn’t get the order right. So… I thought I’d order again today and they did not get the order Correct. Why is it so hard to put the sauce in the sack? I ordered two sauces last night, did not get it. Had to eat that eggrolls without any sauce. So I thought I’d give them a second try today and once again, no sauce included with the order. What is so hard About getting the sauce included with the order. Because it was ordered!!!! Is there not a manager there or a mother there to supervise? Oh, and by the way, it’s not DOORDASH’s fault they’re not the one that feels the order."

"Pros...none Cons -It was at least 85 degrees in the lobby -Look at the picture of my hamburger.. it definitely does not look like the picture on the menu board. -I waited 15 minutes for my food. When I finally got somebody's attention to ask about it they went in the back and brought up my burger. I asked what was the deal with the long wait and they said they were cooking it. It was amazing that I had waited for 15 minutes had to ask where my food was and then it magically appears. -the onion rings were at best room temperature. Luckily it was hot enough in the restaurant to keep them warm. -The employees were in my opinion not ready to work a job. They were goofing off inattentive and did not know what they were doing. -That was my first time to Jack in The box here in Utah and it will be my last"

"Went for the first time and got there right in time because the line tripled by the time I got to the counter. The order take was very helpful. Our food took some time to be ready as it was super busy. The person handing out orders gave my son and I free shakes as the person ahead of me complained and demanded freshly made shakes. The food was okay. Nothing too special. I really don’t understand the hype. I got the spicy chicken and that was very underwhelming. My son’s cheeseburger looked like it sat in someone’s back pocket for a while. Super squished. Flavors were mediocre barely. I am glad I tried. I recommend you go check it out for yourself."
