"Unfortunately, the server that we had when we went into La Puente was not very warm or welcoming. we had her come back one time, and that was it. The food was decent, but overall, I'm giving this a one-star. If you have to order something from here, I would recommend just picking up no dining in"
"Food & service was good. A terrible experience at the cash register. I may be old fashioned but had 2 crispy Tacos, a very small side of guacamole and a soda before the tip was almost $20.00. I love their food but with the prices I will probably never go back. I would think twice before I would go. Sorry!!!"
"Great option for quick, simple Mexican. Good for a quick lunch of a sit down at dinner, La Puente gives you fast service and consistent food. Many places are going with cheese sauce on nachos (terrible!), but La Puente is still using real cheese and they aren't shy about it. I still haven't tried the breakfast menu, but it looks like it has really good options."
"Went to La Puente with a friend. Neither of us had been. We sat down & ordered pretty quickly. The menu is decent sized. Everything has priced well. Chips & salsa were good. I thought the salsa was a little spicy, good flavor. I had the bean tostadas, which I didn’t understand it came with two of them. They were decent & portion size was pretty big. The rice was really good! My friend ordered the enchiladas. I tried the red enchilada sauce, I wasn’t a big fan of the enchilada sauce they had. Not a super fancy place, everything seemed clean. Staff was friendly."
"Not a better tasting food in the state. Your $200 steak dinners don’t come close to the quality of yeast you get here. Family ran and the staff are incredible! Can’t help but go there at least once a week. Take out is just as good as eating in. The best for Sunday and relaxing."
