"The acting manager (Eli) has zero social skills. He gave my $80 order to someone without confirming it. An hour later I called to see what the problem was and while I was speaking he told me to shut up and stop talking. He refused to give me his name or corp. number."
"Huge disappointment. Lobby area was filthy on a weekday evening. Workers didnt seem to care about the upkeep of their work place or providing any decent customer service. I keep trying to give arbys a chance but not anymore."
"Great Arby’s Came for lunch and they were slammed with customers. Very few employees that worked to perfection with each order. Food came faster that expected, as ordered and piping hot curly fries. Beef and Cheddar was to perfection. Store was super clean as well as the restrooms. Counter help was what a employer would want. What I like best was workers worked together without loud voices. Wonderful experience here."
"A year ago I ranked this establishment a 2 Star and had much to say about the horrible service. Today’s update version shows much improvement. Not only did ZACH greet us immediately upon entering but he was also polite and helpful. Our food was hot and delicious. It might of taken some time but I think this places is getting it together."
