"Loud traffic noises were preventing me from hearing much but the server at the machine and window was very patient and polite. Very professional. Food at this location is accurate and well made. Only complaint is they are hard to access due to the freeway entrance but it's not their fault so I didn't reduce stars for it."
"I've been to this location a couple times and it's always been good. Last time was on free burger day and they were organized and quick. This is now my go-to Carl's Jr. location. The guy who's at the counter late afternoons has the best customer service too."
"There was an in app promo and it wasn’t working. I inquired and Dwayne R was very kind and just asked us to log into the app and show our attempt. He honored the promo, which was awesome! Dwayne was a genuine, kind guy. The manager on duty also helped with our food and was super nice. Listening to the crew working as we were eating was very refreshing. They were very amicable with one another and there was friendly conversation and laughter. They’re doing something right at this establishment!"
"This is my go to for Carl’s Jr burgers. I always get a consistently well made burger and fresh fries. The staff is always friendly and even when staffing is low, the food and service do not suffer. The store itself is always clean and even the kitchen looks clean and well kept (meaning I don’t feel like I’m risking food poisoning from a restaurant)."
