"This is the first time I have been back to KFC in 2 years because someone always forgets something. Ordered today and they did forget my biscuits. I changed my rating Because they did more than exceptional at making it right. Not only did they replace the missing food but they gave my kids sweets and more to make it right!"

"Idk why but they refuse to do take out orders, you can call but they won't make your food till you arrive there and order it again. And the staff isn't very friendly or helpful in general. The cook on the clock during our visit definitely had an attitude problem."

"They claim that they gave my money back for my order on 12-17 because everything was way past being over cooked and the staff called me a liar when I said that I had not been given a refund. I know that when my roommate went and picked it up, I had given him a 50 dollar bill and they claim that he used a credit card and that is who got my refund. I will not be visiting that place again ever and I am going to do everything possible to get it shut down permanently. The staff there is not friendly at all, and they are consistently locking the store up to 2 plus hours before closing time. The staff told me that they had gotten 2 calls from me complaining, and that is a crock of poop because I only called one time. When I suggested that they show me the video of when they claim they were talking to me and they told me they were done with me. I don't think I was treated with any respect and I know that they would have been able to tell the difference in my voice and who ever they talked to about " my order". And I would never try to get a refund and get the same order again, that would be stealing and I don't do that. Your female manager that was working in that store yesterday was beyond rude and the language she used when speaking to me, she is lucky that I didn't want her to get hurt or I would have given her the same attitude she gave me and that would not have ended well. I really hope you can get your employees to pull their heads out of wherever they are, because they are definitely not being used to think about stuff and treating the customers like you want them to return, and maybe you will survive another month"

"This is the 3rd time in a week that I have ordered from this location and all 3 times it’s been incorrect. First 2 times I ordered a famous bowl and a pot pie. Each time I got two famous bowls. Third time I figured if I ordered two pot pies I would get them! NOPE! I got two famous bowls. I called the location and was told they don’t have access to Uber eats platform to notify the customer they don’t have an item so they just replace it with the closest item. I asked them, so you don’t have pot pies? I was told they do have them and they have some in the oven and will be done in 16 minutes. I was told it takes 22 minutes in total to cook them and they sell out fast. I responded so you’re not out of the pot pies, you just don’t want to cook them for the customer that ordered them. I also informed the manager that every time we order from this location they screw it up. Whether it be on the app or through the drive thru. The manager responded “Canes chicken also sells pot pies” and proceeded to hang up on me."
