"This place is a hit or miss, lately tho the food has been a miss. They forgot things in my order most of the time or its something completely different. Mario needs to do a better job at managing his employees. The service here is slow here most of the time, the kids working the drive thru always have an attitude, sometimes they seem to be high which is unacceptable, there needs to be something done here. Managers need to manage more its completely unacceptable. sincerely a sonic lover"

"I think I know the difference between root beer and diet Dr Pepper. That manager is a liar! Every time I come here they never get my drinks right. That is not a 44 ounce that’s not even 30 ozes."

"WORST service I have ever received. Forgot half of my order I went back and the girl literally gave me attitude about it. The popcorn chicken was sooooo dry and they didn’t give me the sauce I ordered. Why was she giving ME attitude because SHE forgot stuff in my order? I should’ve been the one mad as I had went home and had to go all the way back for my food!!! I wish I would have went to McDonalds. They would’ve gave me my entire order and it would’ve been cheaper. Popcorn chicken was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it. The corn dog was overcooked tenders were overcooked. Fries were soggy. "I will never come back to this dirty slow ads restaurant again.. I've been sitting here for over 30 minutes for my food and the employees are disrespectful and rude.. went to the door to find out what was taking so long ( this was after we had already waited 25 minutes, after pushing the red button and after being told it was ready, and then waiting additional 5 minutes without our food being brought to us) just to see our food and shake sitting there getting cold and melting.. two employees looked at me and never once opened the door to talk to me. I went back to my car, and went to the drive thru because obviously I wasn't getting any help any other way. The bratty teenager at the window gave me an attitude when she finally came to the window and went and got someone else. I did end up getting my food, but it was cold and my shake was melted so that was a bummer.. I will never ever go to this restaurant location ever again. The employees are rude and their customer service was the worst.. really think they should shut down these restaurants.. sonic sure isn't like it used to be."
