"Never been a fan of this artic circle but I have lived near by for 3 years so I continued to go. However after my last 3 visits I will never return. I ordered a corn dog and fry on a slow Saturday and I received the food in about 1 minute. As expected the cord dog was only cooked on half of it. I'm not sure if they just let it sit at the bottom of the fryer or what is going on but one side is always undercooked. I decided to take it back and get a new one and instead of making a fresh one properly they brought me out another one that was the exact same way. Started eating it " I did pay for it" and of course it tasted like it was made first thing in the morning and sitting on a heater. Threw half of it away. Then started eating my fries and they were cold and hard. This has happened the last 3 times I've been and over the past 3 years it's never been "good". I work near a different location and haven't had a single one of these problems with that location. I would highly highly recommend not going here."

"The restroom is Clean. The staff is very friendly. Great burgers as always. AC is the only fast food burgers I like to eat. Get the extra white sauce."

"They have the most amazing staff there now! They are so friendly & super helpful. I love right behind this artic circle and we come all the time! If I have a tricky order they get it right Everytime! These employees actually like working there you can tell! Especially the guy that used to be on drive thru all the time he actually took our order inside the store & he's so nice!!"

"This location has dropped from 5 star to 1. I have gone 2 times in last 30 days. They are rude when ordering at drive thru they interrupted me, I ordered the ranch burger and as I was talking, he cut me off. I asked for no ketchup, he repeated it when handing the bag, but the hamburger had Xtra ketchup on it, I knew it would as he laughed when he handed it to me. Time before that the staff would only give 2 fry sauces even though I asked for one for each fry, I bought 4 medium fries, but 2 fry sauce packets were all they allow. Hamburger patty was tiny, didn't cover 1/2 of the bun."
