"First of all, the order was wrong. When I went up to get the right burger the one we ordered was sitting there. The fries were way overcooked and you could taste that the oil they cooked them in was old. The fries tasted like they were dipped in some kind of bad chemical. We went up and asked for new fries and the girl brought them out and just dropped them in front of us and walked off all mad. Just as I thought they still tasted like bad chemicals. The bacon on my burger was under cooked. It has been a half hour since I ate there and I am feeling sick. No one was wearing hair nets or gloves. I can see why their rating is so low."
"Both times I've gone here my order has been wrong. Went for breakfast this morning and the hash browns were disgusting and so dry i didn't even eat them, And my sandwich was also dry and squished.. They really don't care or take any pride in their work. Avoid this location, although most all BK's are disappointing now a days."

"I have ordered here through Grubhub way more than several times. Either the orders didn’t arrive, missing items from orders, arrived cold or not paying attention to the order at all which one time they put stuff on the burger when of us has an allergy which is careless to say the least!!!! Tonight, I had missing items AGAIN and order arrived late. Apparently this location is TERRIBLE and a joke. I won’t order again from here due to the issues I have described for one too many to count. This location needs new management and managers to watch the orders. Literally, someone needs to hover over their employees and be checking each order before placing in the bag…PERIOD. I don’t know what’s going on here but it’s been a nightmare for every time I’ve ordered here. Such a shame because I love BK but I’ll just drive myself to the one nearby rather than ordering. This can’t be just be happening to me either."
