"This McDonald's was very messy. Trash on the floor and the drink station was very messy with spilled soda everywhere. There were plenty of people behind the counter but none cleaning. The food took forever and we were running late. The food was good but not very hot. I do not want to go back."
"The fries were super fresh, but the nuggets/chicken sandwich were a little old but not bad. I couldn't complain too much. The fries were very good so it made up for it."
"This place has gone downhill. Even on Google it says it's not that busy, but the place seems like it's going to hell. Buzzers going off, the drink station is completely filthy. I could go on. My last time coming in here. It's dirty and loud. Try a different location."
"the diced apples for my oatmeal expired 4 days ago. they're mushy and look so expired themselves. the young lady at the food window forgot to give me my drink. she was confused why I was still at her window. Service is usually okay at this location, but is it owned by the bad franchise. there are two McD franchises. the one with HQ in West Jordan is that one. Their stores are usually so bad for service and more."
"Make sure to check your bag before leaving as the always forget stuff, and ask for a receipt because they will charge you for an item and say you never paid for it when it's missing. Staff is very poorly trained and need to learn how to talk to people especially in. A customer service setting. I enjoy McDonald's and how close it is to where I currently love but it is very hard to trust this location after they get my order wrong nearly every visit so I make sure to check the bag before I leave to be sure but after this last visit I was left very upset as we couldn't even get fully cooked meat in our quarter pounders and it was pink in the middle which is the result of laziness because I know they are supposed to bee cooked under a press for a certain time. Overall left very disappointed and upset at the negligence I have seen from this location."
