"We did an order online. The food tasted great. Then we got to the bottom of our broccoli and beef and found this. Looks like the back of the sticker labels? That was pretty unfortunate. I’m assuming it was an honest mistake but still…"
"Was told that they can't take veggies out of noodles as it's premixed, then they told us that we couldn't take out the mushrooms from the Angus steak, when we have mushrooms allergies, we also have a seafood allergy and they told us they couldn't put the shrimp in a separate bag then the rest of the food. Do not recommend and will not be returning. I went and spent my 120.00 at in and out across the street instead."
"Manager A was very condescending. My husband ordered food my children would not eat because it was too spicy. When I came in to order different food they would eat and tried using our viking card, she said she saw me talking to my husband outside and the card was only meant to be used once per customer. I said I wasn't trying to break any rules, and if that was the case of once per household, I only wanted to order two entrees. She said no, you get all three like I was a child breaking the rules. I told her no again and she still said I was getting all three, but she didn't want to see me breaking the rules again. I was up with sick kids all day, and this woman treating me like a child did not sit well. I didn't want to be there anymore than she did."
"Tha Manager at this location, is the biggest B![@% . I had a digital gift card and she didn't know how to use it, and became very, very baligerant and started yelling at me and then told me to get out if the store. Then I found the code finally. And she all of the sudden was so sweet. This bi-polar woman was a nutsack."
"Ordered online but didn't get what I ordered. Had to ask for all my order. But I will give them the chicken was fresh. Ordered the 3 item and noodles got maybe item and not just noodles."
