"I’m giving this 5 stars to the server named Selena! Amazing server! So kind! You can feel how kind she is because you can ask her anything and she’ll get it for you without feeling like it’s any inconvenience! Not easy wanting to go to this place especially at night with all sorts of creepy characters skulking around this place but I will continue going there because of how kind she is!"

"First off… when we’re seated, we were SHOCKED by the pricing breakfast menu and other items. The price of the strawberry French toast was almost $18.00! All of the other breakfast items were upwards of $13.00. I settled for a burger. And my wife had the cinnamon roll pancakes. She ordered some fruit on the side. $4.19 for about eight red grapes and a small amount of semi-green cantaloupe. The burger was huge. Taste was good. It came without any sauce such as mustard or mayonnaise. I asked for some mayo, and the bring me a little tiny dab in a small plastic cup. The mayo looked like it had been sitting out for three days. I sent it back and they brought me a new o from a freshly opened container. When we got the bill, they CHARGED ME FOR THE MAYO!! The server stated that they make them charge for that and that they do not put sauce on the burgers. Well in the normal world, they do! And for almost $15.00 for a burger, it should have the option at no extra cost. Needless to say, $48.20 for two adults to have breakfast in a low-end diner… I will NEVER eat at a Denneys ever again. I know costs have risen drastically over the last three years (thanks Joe), but this is ridiculous. Especially for the quality and atmosphere. I feel sorry for the server. She was really nice. I’m sure this does not help her tips either. **Updated to reflect my thoughts on the response from the owner of this location: it had nothing to do with the customer service or staff. "The host was really nice got us seated and told us our server would be right with us. About 15-20 min later she walked out and just sat down at the table behind us and just played on her phone. The host came over and he served us. The food was good and it was really nice."

"I’ll go easy because it’s just Denny’s, but the food and service is quite mediocre here. The chicken fried steak is very small. My server was not particularly nice, and forgot my serving of pancakes. Go to IHOP instead!"

"I wish I was kidding when I say we hadn’t eaten a single thing off this plate before I took this image. The plate looks like we ate half of it. Only two of the rings had onion in it, and the rest were just batter. We also ordered the T-bone steak plate. It looked really good but everything was cold. I wanted to say something because usually our servers are awesome here if we said no meat and something came out with bacon on it, the lady is always so nice to fix it, but whoever our server was tonight just didn’t care :/ Not sure we will be back for awhile just because of the combination of cold, low quality food, but the poor attitude throughout the evening. We pondered on the idea of fries and when she came back we asked if we could get an order and her response was “I already heard you” and then walked off. We were in such a pleasant mood, too, when walking in :/"
