"I've seen a lot of negative reviews about this Panda Express. I've been to it several times and never really had a negative experience. This last time I went, there was a large line - it usually has the longest line. Ironic for how poorly rated it is. When I went yesterday, I got their new Sizzling Shrimp and their new Apple Pie Roll. The shrimp was great! Crispy, tasty, and spicy enough to make me feel it but not enough to make me cry. Just wish I'd get more in a portion. The Apple Pie Roll was a pleasant surprise. It was fairly cheap but tasted delicious! I'd go back just for those honestly. Overall, a good time. Sure it was a little noisy and busy, but it's an international airport!"

"We arrived in SLC sometime after 13:00 and wanted to get a quick bite before heading out. We didn’t encounter poor customer service like so many of the other reviews mentioned. The food also didn’t take too long despite the line, although we did have to wait a short while for the beef and broccoli, as they had run out. Panda Express isn’t somewhere I’d ever heartily recommend. It’s acceptable if you merely want some sustenance. The sauces used were too sweet for us, although we thought the chow mein was pretty decent."

"Was super tired from the flight when i thought i want some food to get before my connecting flight arrives. The wait was pretty quick despite having a line which was nice and was greeted by an amicable employee. However, i noticed the rice and noodles were visibly not cooked right but I had better chance with the rice from the looks of it so i grabbed that with my orange chicken and headed my way… 30min later i ate a spoonful of rice when I heard a crack. The rice is fully uncooked! It was literally fried straight away, i don’t know if they even realize they are suppose to cook the rice separately first before making in into fried rice. Seriously wasted my $$$ on this! I had to get a different food. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! or if you really want please ask to taste test the sides first before getting it"

"Bad costumer service, their employees are to rude. I wasn’t very hungry and I ordered a kids meal, who took my order never said that they don’t serve Kids meals but thats not the problem, I ordered an appetizer cause I wanted to try it, but when I was at cashier, someone give me a different order only a bowl without any fortune’s cookie or water and also my appetizer, and the she charged me almost $9 dollars, the noodles that I received has a lot of cabbage and the taste was like burnt, I’m really disappointed with the service, also I didn’t receive my ticket they don’t scan my app to get points, I didn’t redeem my appetizer, terrible experience. I really like their food, not sure what happened there. They lost a costumer today."
