"Ordered on the app 10 minutes before I arrived, walked in, gave my table number, then sat for over 30 minutes listening to staff talk on the phone and watched them text while never bringing my food. But when I finally gave up wondering how long they'd let me sit there waiting, they did pretty quickly and politely get me my order (in a bag as if I had ordered it to go)."

"***VERY RUDE MANAGER*** I ordered from the app 1 week ago and while waiting in my car for the order to be delivered, I went inside to use the restroom. The restroom door was locked and as I was walking towards the cash register, someone sarcastically and rudely yelled at me from where the customers were sitting, "If you want to use the restroom, buy something! I didn't understand what was going on and I told him I had already bought something, he said 'ok then show me your receipt', the way he was talking was the rudest person I have ever seen in my life, I told him I bought it online but I didn't even see who he was and how could a customer talk to me boule? I thought about it (I didn't know she was a manager at the time lol) and I told the girl at the counter my order number and the girl at the counter very politely said I was going to the bathroom, at that time the man sitting in the customer area yelled at the girl and said 'make sure you bought something' after he went to the bathroom and left. I took my order and this guy was there too, I would never want to work with a manager like that or even go to the place where he works, he is a terribly rude person, I can't imagine how someone who is so rude even to customers would treat the employees. I wish I had looked at the manager's name"

"I was there last Friday I order a black ice coffee with no cream and just sugar . The lady in the window was giving me the wrong drink I nicely told her that wasn’t my order and this young blond girl jump into our conversation and gave me attitude saying that I should of been more clear of my order said no cream. These employees have some issues and give customers attitudes like if I am Who mess up my Order. I waited for my drink for like 10mins even after they told me to pull to The front."

"Went there and ordered a couple sandwiches and fries. Was handed food through drive-through. Got home to see they gave us wrong order. Got the number and called to let them know of their mistake and was told I could come back either that night or next day. After waiting for about 10 other cars, finally got what we originally ordered. The lobby was closed at 3 so I couldn't just run inside to get order. It wasn't even 9pm when I returned. I know places get their busy times but still should get orders correct if you're gonna do drive through orders. Sandwiches were still warm."
