"2 star because the employees here are usually really good at communicating. Tonight at about 830 I went for a small frozen coffee and asked the female Hispanic worker a basic question and she was bothered by it idk why it was a simple coffee question. Also I ordered 1 thing a small frozen coffee no one else was there and their was another white male with Barbie looking hair who was bouncing around licking his fingers making himself his own drink while I’m waiting 10-15 mins for a very simple order. He then was the one who handed me my drink and I honestly should have gotten a refund. I was grossed out I am not sure if he washed his hands or where the drink came from by the time I got it it was very watery. Super obnoxious behavior and should be corrected."

"Beans and brews used to be so good.... every time. This location seemed to do better than others. However they can't seem to get thier frozen coffee machine ratio right either. When you pay $8 for a coffee.....it shouldn't be more than half ice. Beans and brews needs to do something about a more consistent drink. I order an espresso float and 1 out of 10 drinks tastes like the drink I got hooked on years ago. Makes me sad.....I can't even buy my favorite coffee. I can't pay extra. I just hope this drink is going to taste something like what I ordered. I guess this is why everyone likes starbucks.... consistency. Buyers remorse.... every coffee. Sad."

"This is the best location. The team is amazing!! I have been going to this store daily for years and have not had an issue. They are so sweet to my 3 dogs and always have their treats ready when I get to the drive thru window so they don't drool all over waiting for them. I refuse to go anywhere else. This is my store! Thank you to all of you at this store! "

"they did not ask if I wanted a receipt or to scan my app. They also made my drink wrong. I usually go to other locations and it’s just fine. They didn’t even put english toffee in my tan mocha and he just give me a mocha not tan never coming here again you lost a very loyal and loving customer"
