I was surprise on the information. They gave me advice of what I should do and what steps to take. The produce was FREE. They didn't push nothing on me. "The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It is so different from any other nutrition store I’ve been to where they just try and throw a bunch of products at you that they know nothing about. As soon as I walked in, Dwayne greeted me with a huge smile and a warm welcome. He guided me through the body composition machine, a detailed nutrition plan and the supplementation advice I needed for my goals. Lindsey helped too so I would have that female perspective and advice. She really knows her stuff! I genuinely felt taken care of. I was introduced to the manager, Jared, who is also really nice and knowledgeable. After I purchased my items, he walked me to the door and handed me my bag before making sure I knew that if I had any questions or concerns, the entire staff would be eager to help. After being on the supplements now for a few weeks and following the guided nutrition and exercise plan, I am so eager to say that this stuff works!"
