"Update: we gave this location another try. Everything across the board was fantastic!!! We will definitely be back! UPDATE: I have changed my rating to four stars due to the very professional response from Jersey Mike's corporate heads. They truly listened to what I had to say and were appreciative about it. Due to their prompt and professional response, I will give them another try. Customer service sucks! My husband and I stood by the register for 12 minutes and not one of the five employees acknowledged we were there. They were definitely more focused on the to go orders with one employee building the sandwiches another standing and holding up the counter, another on her cellphone, and one by the register who was more concerned about putting stickers on bags. Too many options out here to spend our dollars on with great customer service and food. We won't be back."

"This food was awesome! I can personally recommend the Club Supreme, Mike's Way. It tasted fantastic, and was quite sufficient for my needs, which many places are not. The service at this location was fantastic, my food was prepared quickly, and the folks I talked to were polite, friendly and professional. Jersey Mike's has earned itself a new customer."
"Super delicious sandwiches, by far the best sandwich chain I've been to. There are plenty of options, or you can make your own. I love the Philly Cheesesteak, it's juicy and warm and amazing! The workers were extremely nice and efficient. However, the tables were not as clean as I would have hoped, but it's not too big of an issue. You can deal with it for one of these sandwiches!"
"Stopped for later dinner. I eat a Mike's hot Philly tub. They listened and made it perfectly delicious! Thanked the team and told them they were great! Had no clue it is a 3 month old new store. We always only use Layton location. Great staff team and food prepared great! Kudos!"
