"When ordering I asked for ranch. At window I asked for ranch. When I got order i asked manager who bagger order if i got ranch. He says yes its in the bag. Surprise!! No ranch Missing chips and salsa for taco salad Missed sour cream and butter for potato"

"The staff was all so kind! Everyone greeted me with a smile & were genuinely nice. That alone was refreshing! They got every detail of our order correct & the food was fresh & super yummy! I haven't been this happy with a fast food experience in a long time. Thank you!"

"I went through the drive thru on Monday, October 17 at 11:00 pm with my 3 young daughters. When I received the order I realized that there were some things missing from my order, I had ordered some fries with sour cream and bacon and they gave me fries with cheese, also they did not give me the ketchup I had ordered for my daughters chicken nuggets. They also didn't give me the receipt. I went through the drive thru again and I told the woman what I need it (her name is Aurora), I was very nice to her, I never raised my voice or was rude to her. But she got mad and told me that she wouldn't give me anything, she told me that I had ordered those fries with cheese and that that's what I had paid, I told her I didn't know what I had paid because she did not give me the receipt. I went through the window and there was another woman at the window, I kindly asked her for the ketchup and my receipt, I didn’t even care about the fries anymore, but Aurora told the woman who was attending me at the window not to give me the item I was requesting. Then Aurora opened the window and threatened to call the police, and slammed the window in my face. I stood waiting at the window for the police to arrive, but they never came. While I was waiting, a car passed by in front of the restaurant and started taking pictures of my car (so I don’t know if she was calling the police or someone else), my daughters and I became scared and concerned for our safety, I decided to leave. In addition, this woman put a sign in the Drive thru that said: The lobby is open, some one at the window don't want to move. It was a horrible experience, the rest of the people who worked there seemed to be nice, but Aurora would scold them if they wanted to fix my order. It was a horrible experience and I think I had every right to at least have my receipt to know what things I was charged for. I am writing this review hoping that no one goes through this terrible experience that I went through. Management seriously needs to evaluate Aurora’s employment. Very unprofessional, threatening, and scary."

"This was probably the fastest Wendy's Ive been to at a 6pm dinner hour. They were busy, but efficient! Ordered a Pretzel Pub Bacon Burger & Fries. The burger looked a little wilted, but who goes to a fast-food restaurant for the looks? The burger tasted fantastic! As you would always expect with Wendy's fresh beef and all the great toppings on the Pretzel Pub menu items. A definite win!"

"Just went to the drive through and ordered a large fry. This is what I got. A small fry for a large price. Plus my burger was not very warm. I wish I could get it replaced with a hot meal"
