"It's very messy & very expensive. $50 for 2 adults & 1 child after we all get a "meal" (do not forget to clarify you want fries/curds/onion rings or you wont get any, lol) The burger wasn't that good, just very messy & the fries tasted similar to in and out. I understand that toppings make it messy bit this is excessive & when I was unwrapping it, it felt thrown together. I've had plenty of large burgers at other places that weren't this messy."
"Normally excellent food with good enough service, today my burger had a pathetic amount of what I ordered on it. Not the first time the quality has been mediocre and probably won’t be the last. Not enough to stop me from going there but sure is disappointing when it happens. Hopefully they can keep good enough staff on to prevent this stuff in the future."
"If you dont take cash don't be a business. The irony of this sign that says "we don't cut corners." Thanks for the laugh. Cook and service from the people was great. "Cashless for public safety," is the typical victim blaming stance businesses are taking in blue voting cities and states, an unfortunate position to take but mildly understandable considering the state of our country. I understand this particular buisness is in a red state, and won't be robbed, but the parent company policys originates from California. Thank you for your response."
"Very very good. Had a great meal. I felt very welcome staff was amazing. I got the Ol'Reliable (I'm from out of town) and Fries. It was fast, hardy and delicious. The guys working today 9/10/23 at 5:52pm were awesome, and provided great service. I highly recommend this place."
"I had a mixed experience. The food was great. The service was less than stellar. I ordered a Blue Cheese burger combo with a drink. It was my first time at Tony's. I didn't realize they didn't have combos on the menu. Unfortunately, the cashier didn't say anything so I ended up with a burger and a drink - no fries. When the server brought our my burger I asked about the fries she asked if I ordered fries, and I said yes since I thought I had. She said to give her a couple minutes and she would bring some. No fries ever came . I presume she confirmed with the cashier that none were ordered. I would have gladly paid for them, but since nobody ever said anything, I ate my burger while waiting and then left without any fries. Food was good. Communication, not so much."
