"Usually have a great experience here, until last week. Sometimes slow service but try to give decent priced good food, however not all the options are on the menu. Tried to force me to throw away food. Last week I was trying to surprise my husband. Tostada NOT on the menu at all, or the picture, so I tried to ask if they still had it. The lady (A) told me yes they still had it so I ordered it, (she didn't say anything about 2 different kinds, one that was not avaliable). Great service, I thought. Got home, discovered it was not the tostada wrap that he wanted. Went back, someone else (B) came to the counter. Some confusion and I clarified I wanted the Tostada wrap. She notified me it was promotional, no longer a sign, and they didn't have it. I told her that the tostada I got was not on the sign at all either. A worker (C) came and said they would be willing to make me one, reassured me they could do that for me, and went back to the prep area. I sat down to wait, as another customer approached. The lady at the counter (B) asked for the meal that I had got so she could throw it away. I was confused and we went back and forth until she demanded I give it to her. So I clarified "I can have the tostada wrap for free if I give this one to you to throw away?" Yes. I thought it was so stupid so I just stared at her dumbfounded. I said no so she walked away frustrated. It's not my fault they don't have everything available on the menu. She came back and asked if I was going to pay or give her the mistaken meal so I paid and told her it didn't make any sense."
"Well, good food, and customer service was good. Just not a 5 The atmosphere is cluttered and seems dusty and old but will come back. Cinnamon crusto the best"
"We stopped here on our way through town. Not the fastest service, but they were busy with the drive-thru. The lobby is cute, clean, and welcoming. You can tell the owners care about this place! The food was good and the employees were accommodating."
