"The kid running the drive thru was too interested in talking to the girls working with him. I pulled up first with a mobile order code and they didn't even help me until two separate cars went through the other lane."

"Eddie took my order and while I was waiting for the payment to go through, he asked me how my day was. I explained to him that I’ve had a stressful day and told him bits and pieces of my day. He talked with me and made me feel better and finished my experience with a hug. Thank you, Eddie, for making my day better."

"You're telling me these incompetent and literal incapable employees want 15$+ an hour but can't follow what it supposed to be an idiot proof process designed by McDonald's. They take 20-40 minutes to clear 5 cars.. literally could be done by 2-3 capable employees in half the time. I went in for a few very simple things hot n spicy no lettuce mcdouble only ketchup and pickle and 1 apple pie.. how do you mess up all 3 while also taking 30+ minutes.. you don't deserve 15$+ you barely deserve minimum wage cause that's the work you putting out."

"I recently tried to grab dinner at the West valley location, store # 11456, at the drive through. I visit this store sometimes 2-3 times daily as I am a door dash driver and it is close to the house. I was wanting a double big Mac and was horribly disappointed. After spending 22 on 2 meals the big Mac was completely inedible. The patties were hanging halfway off the bun, and the single slice of cheese was literally folded under the sandwich and stuck to the cardboard box. The sauce was all over the interior of the box so I couldn't even pick up the sandwich. How hard is it to put a sandwich together really? This was a horrible was of $22 for a dinner I couldn't eat."

"I haven't been in McDonald's for a while. This time I found the new service well, I don't know, new for me, I ordered on the phone and just stayed in the table, gt the number of the table that it is on a little metal plate on the edge of it, and they brought the food to me. No stress in line, no stress to pay, no pressure finding what I wanted without loosing my place in line, just waiting on my table, someone brought my order and just enjoyed it. Isn't a wonderful service specially por those families with kids that you need to keep all together while you place the other and try to get what everyone wants, then to get everybody's food to the table... Ufff!! Not complicated to do it over the phone, don't be scared and try it while you and your family are sitting around the table. You'll see and feel the difference."
