"They sell you MONTHS expired food! I know there is a staff shortage but it is no excuse to sell yogurt that has been expired since January 29!!!! Its absolutely disgusting that they will sell those items with no regard to the safety of the consumer"
"Came in to grab a drink and almost slipped and fell down on a puddle of dog pee that the workers weren’t making any attempt to clean up, in fact four where standing around it having a conversation. One employee had to catch me from falling. It was only after I asked them if they had a wet floor sign to put out that they got one out. Be careful when shopping here, not only for potential spills that employees leave sitting around but for the puddles of dog pee that employees seem fine with leaving uncleaned"
"I ordered a birthday cake in advance for my husband’s birthday. I advised the employee at the bakery who it was for and the occasion. The employee was nice and friendly and since I didn’t have any other specific requests she said she would have the decorator “do her magic”. Good enough just make it birthday themed. When I picked it up it was plain. Nothing but Happy Birthday written. No sprinkles or contrast in the cake. Ok fine. Our definition of “doing magic” differs. It happens. I’ll add my own sprinkles at home. But this was the driest flattest cake I’ve had. The cake was left in an open box to sit all day. Normally I would have refused the cake but at that point I didn’t have a back up plan . I didn’t know it was possible to be sad while eating cake but it is."
"Here’s to my first grocery store review! I sure hope the owners at this location are giving every credit, appreciation, and pay increase to their employees, because if anyone deserves they do. Your employees, push through the toughest days and make this entire building and store the neighborhood in itself. Regardless of the day! They make sure you are seen, and treated as a valued customer. Endless love to the employees and a particular manger that deserves a raise and more - she deserves a week paid on a beautiful vacation. Value your employees, because they are not only the faces and marketing, they are your actual value. Thank You - To those employees who have always turned the day around, being kind humans and truly enjoying who they are."
